Tuscan Salami
RENIERI Tuscan Salami is a triumph of taste and genuine goodness.
Only the “noble” cuts of heavy Italian pigs are used, trimmed by hand as in the past, minced and mixed with salt, pepper and local spices, without the use of sugar, thickeners, dairy products or microbial starters.
It is packed into natural gut and tied by hand.
It ages slowly for at least 100 days.
No acidity, with the taste and aromas of ancient Tuscan tradition.
