Tuscan Porchetta
Porchetta is processed strictly by hand, using string and performed in such a way as to convey the characteristic shape of the pig to the product.
It is calibrated in such a way as to guarantee perfect cooking, slowly and at low temperatures.
When the pork is cooked, the skin will be golden-brown, shiny and crisp.
