Soprassata
Soprassata is one of the most traditional classic Tuscan cured meats: it is prepared using only the fresh meat of head, tongues, throats and pork rinds, finely chopped by hand and seasoned with fresh garlic and local spices.
Renieri Soprassata is made without the use of additives, colouring or preservatives, with respect for quality and Tuscan tradition.
