Pancetta
Renieri aged pancetta, known as “Rigatino”, is made with the belly of the finest heavy Italian pigs. This cured meat reflects ancient Tuscan traditions, using salt, pepper and local spices, without the use of preservatives, allowing the product to mature and age naturally.
