Il Nostrano aged boned ham
Il Nostrano is made only with the thighs of pigs born and bred in Italy, salt and local spices.
The bone is removed when fresh and the ham is trimmed to ensure that as little product as possible is wasted. The ham is then aged for at least 10 months.
