Il Ghibellino Siena Prosciutto
Il Ghibellino is a prosciutto made only with the thighs of pigs bred and slaughtered in Tuscany, salt and local spices.
Trimmed according to the ancient methods used in Tuscany, with a more pronounced “bazza” under the bone.
Particularly well suited for slicing by hand.
