“Cinta Senese DOP” Salamino
Renieri “Cinta Senese DOP” Salamino are made with “noble” cuts of Cinta Senese pork, minced and mixed with salt, pepper and spices, without the use of sugar, powdered milk or microbial starters. Free from all allergens, the mixture is packed into natural gut.
The ageing process takes place slowly and mould naturally emerges on the salami.
