"Cinta Senese DOP" Gota
Cinta Senese gota or cheek, is made with the meat taken from between the animal’s throat and cheek. Only salt, pepper and spices are used.
The taste is both delicate and tasty, while the consistency is soft, with very fluid fat. It can be put to a wide variety of uses in the kitchen.
