Buristo

Buristo is a cured meat of ancient Tuscan tradition, made exclusively with pork fat, rind and pig’s blood, finely chopped by hand, mixed, seasoned with salt, pepper, spices and natural flavourings and packed in natural gut.

Buristo is the result of the creativity of Tuscan farmers who used to eat every part of the pig. It has an irregular elongated cylindrical shape, a dark colour and soft consistency.

Renieri Buristo is made without the use of additives, colouring or preservatives, with respect for quality and Tuscan tradition.
