Aged Loin
Renieri aged loin is a cured meat product taken from the back (arista) of the finest heavy Italian pigs.
It is one of the leanest and most prized parts. This cured meat reflects ancient Tuscan traditions, using salt, pepper and local spices, without the use of preservatives, allowing the product to mature and age naturally.
