Ours is an ideal landscape
The RENIERI Cinta Senese is left free to graze for at least a year in its natural habitat, with a maximum of five to ten Cinta Senese pigs on each hectare of land.
The land where our Cinta Senese pigs are raised is home to large oak and chestnut forests, alternating with extensive grassy meadows, making it ideal for this animal.

CHARACTERISTICS
The particular type of farming gives Cinta Senese pork its unique flavour and characteristics:
- It has positive effects on the flavour and succulence of the meat, which is redder and tastier than other varieties of pork
- The fat is less consistent and more fluid, making it very palatable
- Its increased fluidity, due to a higher degree of unsaturation, allows faster release of the spices used for seasoning, guaranteeing the excellent aromatic characteristics of the cured meats
